First thing in the morning in the dining room you'll be greeted with piping hot coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Breakfasts will start with various juices, as well as possibly a yogurt parfait, fresh baked bread, muffins, biscuits or scones with butter, jams, fresh berries or fruit.
We love variety, so sometimes we'll have something on the sweet side like whole grain waffles, pumpkin pancakes or Brazilian Ramanada, with Vermont Maple syrup and fresh berries. Or sometimes we'll serve something savory such as a vegetable and sausage frittata. Either way, it will be a vegetarian delight.
Did we mention that everything is either home grown or locally sourced, where possible? We feature local ingredients and the freshest available in-season fruits and vegetables. And if you have special dietary needs, just let us know. We'll work it out.
Throughout the day, cold drinks, cookies or other snacks and fresh fruit are always available in the dining room.
