DEPOSITS and PAYMENTS
One night deposit is required at the time of reservation and is charged to the card you provide. The remaining balance is due on the day of check-in and will be charged to the card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made.
Only one discount will apply to any one reservation and must be taken at the time the reservation is made.
No children under the age of 12, no exceptions.
Only two adult guests per room (age 18 and over), no exceptions. Teenagers (ages 12-17) may sleep in the same room on a provided rollaway bed (twin size, fees apply).
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Check-In time is between the hours of 4pm and 6pm, or as pre-arranged. Whatever your planned time of arrival, please let us know in advance so we can be there to check you in.
Check-Out time is any time before 11am. If you requested and were provided a key, please leave it in your room.
Please be aware that checkin begins at 4:00 PM. Earlier arrivals are not always possible and must be arranged in advance. Some fees will apply for early checkins.
If arriving later than 7:00 PM, please call us (703-581-9805 or 703-303-4340) so we are aware and don't worry!
EXCESSIVE NOISE OR DISTURBANCES
Guests generating excessive noise or bothering other guests will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
We are 100% SMOKE FREE
Smoking of any kind (including vaping), or the use of candles, incense, or any other combustable, is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, patios or porches for the health and ambiance of all guests. Guests in violation of this policy will be asked to leave without a refund. Cleaning damages may apply.
Please contact us prior to your arrival of any special dietary needs.
We are a dog-friendly establishment. However for everyone's safety and enjoyment we require your dog to be friendly to both humans and other dogs. Dogs showing any aggressive behavior will be asked to leave without a refund.
Guests are responsible for excessive cleaning, damages, or breakage. Expenses will be based upon actual documented costs, plus any lost income. A minimal amount of $200.00 will be charged to credit card at time of damage. If damage or replacement is greater than $200.00 a final bill will be issued and additional charges applied to credit card.
Ample parking is available in our lot. Keep to the right as you approach the house.
USING GIFT CERTIFICATES, COUPONS ETC.
Gift Certificates,, etc. cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.
Please indicate at the time you make the reservation if you will be using a Gift Certificate, Coupon, etc. Credit will not be applied once the reservation is made. Discounts do not apply if using them to make a reservation.
We understand that plans change, but as a small B&B with limited availability, we must enforce the cancellation policies WITHOUT EXCEPTION. Travel Insurance is recommended to best protect your travel investment.
Having made a reservation with Sundogs means you agree to our Terms and Conditions and authorize us to charge your Credit Card to guarantee the reservation.
