First of all, Happy Chinese New Year to all - The Year of the Dog! Or is that "The Year of the
Sundog", as we still plan to open later this summer. Despite the wet weather (and therefore really muddy conditions) we haven't lost much time in the schedule. We look forward to rapid progress on the house now that the foundation is complete. We expect to be "under roof" by the middle of next week!
